Welcome to BelVillage Gavà, a modern coliving residence designed for comfortable and community-oriented living. The building offers 27 fully furnished private apartments, including a unique duplex apartment, together with carefully designed common areas where residents can work, relax, and connect with people from around the world.

Located at Carrer de Gavà 77, in Barcelona's vibrant Sants-Montjuïc district, this residence enjoys an excellent location with easy access to the entire city. THE CONDITIONS

- Utilities are included in the price.
- A two-month security deposit is required.
- There is a one-time 400€ entry fee, covering administration costs, contract preparation, check-in, and check-out cleaning.
- The minimum stay is 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
- Check-ins are available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Weekend and public holiday check-ins may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

To secure your reservation, the first month's rent, the security deposit, and the entry fee must be paid before the check-in date.
