THE APARTMENT

This apartment is fully furnished and equipped for you to move in right away and feel at home. Each flat has been designed to maximize space thanks to the BentoBox, a pioneering concept that features an all-in-one bathroom and kitchen area. You'll find a double bed and plenty of space to store your belongings. Situated on the front side of the building, the apartment enjoys plenty of sunlight and stunning views of the La Monumental historical building. Don’t miss out on all the amenities available!

THE BUILDING

This brand-new building has been elegantly constructed to encourage community involvement and positivity. It comprises 25 apartments across 7 floors, offering an inviting rooftop with both a solarium area (and a small pool!) and a covered chilling area. Additionally, there's a small library, a ground-floor common area equipped with a shared kitchen, beverage station, co-working and chilling spaces, gaming area, laundry room, and much more!

THE LOCATION

There is no better place to live than in Barcelona's Eixample. This building is situated in the heart of Barcelona, adjacent to a Metro station connecting to all parts of the city. Bars, trendy cafés, restaurants, shops, iconic markets, and much more are just a stone’s throw away from the building.

THE CONDITIONS

- Utilities are included in the price.
- Two-month deposit is required.
- There's an entry fee of 200€, covering contract costs, check-in, and check-out cleaning.
- The minimum stay is 3 months, with the option for renewal.
- Check-ins are available between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Please note that check-ins are not possible on weekends or bank holidays.
