THE BUILDING
Built in the 1900s, this historical building is located on the former east side of Berlin. The entire building was renovated in 2015 by the BelVillage design team. All forty-six apartments are elegantly constructed to encourage community involvement and positivity. The building features an inviting rooftop terrace with a barbecue grill, a common area on the ground floor with a kitchen, a beverage station and a bamboo garden with a bocce court and sauna.
