The five-storey building was built around 1910 and remodelled and refurbished in 2017 to the BelVillage standard. The building features 25 one and two room apartments.
A community room is available to all residents, equipped with kitchen, table and drinks vending machine and there is also an idyllic courtyard.
To wash your clothes you can use the common laundry room equipped with modern washing machines and dryers.
